Morgan Stanley spot BTC ETF launch imminent, says Bloomberg analyst

Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin spot ETF, MSBT, has officially announced its listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), a move that signals an imminent launch, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas. In a post on X, Balchunas noted that Morgan Stanley is the first bank to launch a BTC ETF. He described the firm as a major bank with the largest financial advisory network, comprising 16,000 advisors who manage $6.2 trillion. The development follows Morgan Stanley's filing of a second amended S-1 form for MSBT with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 20.
