Smarter Web Company sells 177.9 BTC to repay $11.7M TOBAM debt early

UK-based web developer Smarter Web Company (SWC) sold 177.9 BTC at an average price of $65,762 and repaid an $11.7 million debt to digital asset manager TOBAM two weeks ahead of schedule, The Block reported. The early repayment canceled a planned issuance of 7,718,551 new shares.
