New York appeals court upholds SBF conviction over FTX collapse

A U.S. federal appeals court in New York upheld the fraud and conspiracy conviction of Sam Bankman-Fried, tied to the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX he ran. Bankman-Fried was previously sentenced to 25 years in prison in 2024 in the same case.
