Dunamu, the operator of South Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, denied reports that it is preparing for a U.S. listing, according to The Asia Business Daily.
Dunamu said it plans to pursue a listing after a comprehensive stock swap is completed, but added that it has not yet decided in which country it would seek the listing. The company also said speculation about U.S. listing preparations stemmed from inquiries about differences between South Korean and U.S. accounting standards.
