Bitwise CIO says BTC volatility is falling as it evolves into digital gold

Bitcoin is increasingly establishing itself as digital gold, with annualized volatility falling from around 66% over the past decade to 44% over the past year, Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan said, according to Cointelegraph. Hougan said the drop in volatility supports Bitcoin’s strengthening role as a digital gold asset.
