Sui to integrate with Samsung Wallet for USDC transfers on 82 million U.S. Galaxy devices

Sui said through its official channel it is pursuing an integration with Samsung Wallet that is expected to enable Sui-based USDC transfers on about 82 million Galaxy devices in the U.S. The service will also include a gasless transfer feature, allowing users to send USDC without paying separate network fees. At launch, only USDC will be supported, while the SUI token will not be included. Chae Won-cheol, a vice president who leads the digital wallet team at Samsung Electronics' MX division, said stablecoins have the potential to make global money movement faster and simpler, and added that the partnership with Sui aims to let Galaxy users use stablecoins in Samsung Wallet without the complex steps tied to existing crypto services.
