Unichain to upgrade to OP Enterprise on Oct. 29

Uniswap said it will upgrade its layer-two network Unichain to Optimism’s OP Enterprise on Oct. 29. The testnet upgrade is scheduled for Oct. 13. The upgrade is intended to prepare Unichain for transfers to other OP Stack-based networks without a separate bridge, with ETH set to be the first supported asset. Asset balances, apps, and smart contracts will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
