Upbit updates BORA circulation plan

South Korean exchange Upbit announced it has updated the circulation plan for BORA at the request of the project's team. However, a CoinNess review of the exchange's disclosure found no changes to the fourth-quarter plan. The circulating supply is scheduled to remain at 1,205,750,000 BORA until November 2028.
