[Notice] Guide on Mistaken or Incorrect Transfers and Recovery Fees
Dear Users,
We would like to inform you of the types of mistaken or incorrect asset transfers that may occur when using Coinness Trade, along with applicable recovery procedures and fees.
Please note the following:

Deposit of Unsupported Asset | When a user deposits a digital asset that is not supported on Coinness Trade. (e.g., Depositing TRX to a USDT address on the TRON network) | 5 USDT (*Recovery may not be possible depending on the network) | These fees are deducted directly from the refunded amount. |
Deposit via Unsupported Network | When a user deposits an asset via a network not supported for deposits/withdrawals. - Supported networks (1) USDT : TRX, BNB, ETH (2) NESS : POL, ETH | 5 USDT (*Recovery may not be possible depending on the network) | These fees are deducted directly from the refunded amount. |
Deposit During Deposit Suspension | When deposits are made during a temporary suspension period for a specific asset. | Will be credited sequentially once deposit services resume | |
Deposit Below Minimum Required Amount | Depositing an amount lower than the minimum deposit amount for each asset. - USDT: 1 - NESS: 100 | Not recoverable | |
