Glassnode: Bitcoin on track for weakest monthly performance in a year

Bitcoin (BTC) is set to record just a 2% gain in June, marking its weakest monthly performance since July 2024, according to CoinDesk, citing data from on-chain analysis firm Glassnode. Despite strong inflows into U.S. spot ETFs and corporate treasury adoption, data shows selling activity among whales and smaller holders. The market appears to be in a consolidation phase, with profit-taking slowing as the asset enters another period of indecision, Glassnode concluded.
