Community Operation Policy
1. Registering and Deleting
1) Sign up
- There are two ways to sign up: sign up using email.
- You can enter the referral code only when you sign up.
- Existing members cannot enter a referral code.
2) Forgot Password
- Forgot password with email verification: We'll send a link to change your password to the email address you entered during registration.
3) Change your profile
- You can change your nickname once a month, but you can't change it to someone else's current/past nickname.
- Email: You can't change your email because it's already verified and used as your ID.
- You can also change your password.
4) Referral code
- You can see your referral code in My Page > Edit My Info tab.
- You cannot change your referral code to a nickname.
5) Terms and Conditions
- You can set your marketing consent at any time in the Edit My Information tab.
6) Deleting
- You can delete from Coinness at any time by going to the Edit My Info tab on your My Page.
- Once you delete, you'll have 30 days from the date you unsubscribe to sign up again.
- Your comments will not be deleted when you cancel your account.
- Please double-check your comments before leaving.
2. Commenting on breaking news
- Tap the message emoji on a breaking news story to post a comment.
- You can see the breaking news comments to date.
- You can interact with other users by replying to breaking news comments.
3. Reporting comments
- If you think a comment is inappropriate, you can report it yourself.
- Reported comments are monitored by moderators and may be deleted.
4. Blocking and Reporting Users
4-1) Reporting
- You can report a specific user who is making you uncomfortable by making inappropriate comments so that the administrators can manage them separately.
- Select 'Report' on the member's profile page.
4-2) Blocking
- You can block posts and comments from users who make you feel uncomfortable by selecting 'Block' on their profile page.
- You can also unblock a member by going to My Page - Manage Blocking.
5. Restrictions
You may be restricted if you make comments that may be offensive to a large number of users.
1) A user may not use multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, the user may be banned immediately.
2) Continued reckless* behavior may result in a period of community suspension or permanent ban.
* Intentional, repetitive, or maliciously reckless commenting
* Simply flaming comments
3) You may be permanently banned if you make advertising comments.
- Inducing excessive buying and selling of certain coins without any basis.
- Promoting, advertising, or selling third parties or services for monetary purposes
- Recruiting other community members without prior consent.
4) Inappropriate comments may result in community suspension for a period of time or permanent suspension.
- Causing disruption or inciting others to do so
- Create videos, photos, or comments with violent content
- Make videos, photos, or comments that contain sexually explicit material
- Consistently make inappropriate comments about sexism, religion, or politics.
- Use profanity, slurs, or verbal abuse against public figures, including celebrities, politicians, and athletes.
- Intentionally, repeatedly, maliciously, or for financial gain spreads rumors, false facts, or trolling comments.
- In case of recklessly demeaning the management staff without grounds
5)Colluding (fraternization) between users may result in a period of community suspension or permanent ban.
- If you swear, criticize, or post unfounded slanderous comments against a specific member (or group of members)
* This includes using abbreviations, vowels, or consonants, or using similar vocabulary.
* Profanity, threats, etc. may be deleted or sanctioned even if they are not directly abusive.
6)Unauthorized collection and theft of information from Coiness administrators and other users in the community may result in permanent suspension.
- Collecting or exposing personal information such as real names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, etc. of Coiness members for malicious purposes
- Stealing or impersonating the information of Coiness management or users to post comments to deceive other members.
7)If you cause financial losses to members through your community activities, you may be permanently suspended.
- Investing or receiving investments by misleading members with information, investment purposes, etc.
- Disclose your account or cryptocurrency wallet address to solicit donations.。
- Creating public opinion or misleading members for financial gain or to achieve a goal (such as slandering a specific member or business).
- Inducing members through referral codes and sign-up links for financial gain.
8)Exceptions to the use restrictions
- Posts that have been sanctioned, or multiple sanctions for the same thing.。
- If you have extenuating circumstances, you can submit an explanation/appeal through the email address at the bottom of the site and get the ban lifted if it is recognized.
6.Badges
1) How to earn and check badges
- You can earn badges by using Coinness services and fulfilling certain conditions.
- You can check the badges you have earned on your My Page.
- You can also check the badges earned by other members on their My Page.
- Badges do not provide any monetary rewards except points.
7. XP and Rank
1) XP System
- We award XP for certain actions to keep the community fun and engaging.。
- Once you've earned a certain amount of XP, you'll be able to unlock exclusive Coinness tiers.
2) How to earn XP
- You can find out how to earn XP on your My Page under How to earn XP.。
- The XP policy is subject to change at any time, and we will announce any changes.
3) Tier System
- Coinness has a unique tier system with 5 tiers from level 1 to level 50 and 10 tiers from level 51 to level 100.。
- The unattained tiers are private, and when someone is the first to achieve them, we'll show them to everyone.
- Once you reach a certain level by earning XP, your rank will automatically increase.
8.Pearls
1) Pearl
- Coinness has released Pearl, an activity reward.
- You can earn Pearl through various events on the 'Earn Pearl' tab and use it to purchase items in the Pearl Store, which will be opened later.
- You can also check the number of pearls you have and the history of pearls that have been earned, used, or are about to expire through the Pearl History on your My Page.
