Eclipse Labs to cut workforce by 65%

Eclipse Labs, the developer of the first Layer 2 on Ethereum to use the Solana Virtual Machine, is laying off 65% of its staff, The Block reported. The company stated that Product Lead Sydney Huang has been appointed CEO, following the departure of Vijay Chetty. Eclipse Labs added that the workforce reduction is part of a new business strategy.
