Taiko partners with K11 Art Foundation for Seoul event with Maserati, Hypebeast

Ethereum Layer 2 network Taiko (TAIKO) has announced a partnership with the Hong Kong-based non-profit K11 Art Foundation to host the Moon Party on Sept. 4 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul. The event, held in collaboration with luxury brands including Maserati, Hypebeast, and Helinox, aims to merge blockchain and culture. It will also feature an installation by Chinese artist Huang Yulong. Taiko stated that it views the partnership as an opportunity to expand real-world asset (RWA) tokenization into the cultural sector. Attendees will be offered the chance to mint NFTs to experience blockchain technology and bring assets on-chain. Taiko also plans to provide limited-edition giveaways. The initiative follows the mainnet deployment of Taiko's Preconfirmation feature two weeks ago, a technology designed to improve transaction processing speeds.
