Kraken to launch token sales with partner Legion

Kraken is partnering with ICO platform Legion to conduct token sales on its new Kraken Launch platform, The Block reported. Tokens sold through the partnership will be listed on Kraken after the sale concludes. The Legion platform is compliant with Europe's MiCA regulations and is in discussions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) crypto task force regarding its services. Legion plans to offer its services to U.S. residents as early as the fourth quarter.
