Upbit to suspend Babylon (BABY) deposits and withdrawals

South Korean crypto exchange Upbit announced that it will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for Babylon (BABY) starting at 9:00 a.m. UTC on Nov. 13. The suspension is due to a network upgrade.
