Skale launches Ethereum Layer 3 network on Base

Ethereum scalability project Skale (SKL) has launched SKALE on Base, an Ethereum Layer 3 network built on Coinbase's Layer 2 solution, Base, The Block reported. The new network is designed to support AI agents, allowing them to perform tasks such as utilizing the x402 payment protocol in an environment featuring zero gas fees, high speeds, and enhanced privacy.
