MicroStrategy added into MSCI Equity Indexes

MSCI, a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community, has added business intelligence firm MicroStrategy into its MSCI World Index, Yahoo Finance reported. MicroStrategy is a public company with the largest Bitcoin holdings worldwide. In addition, MicroStrategy could join the S&P 500 when the Financial Accounting Standards Board's (FASB) cryptocurrency accounting standard takes effect, according to a recent report.
