Crypto left out in U.S. presidential debate between Harris and Trump

During the 90-minute U.S. presidential debate, candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump did not discuss cryptocurrency, according to The Block. The debate covered topics such as the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol attack, abortion rights, immigration and the conflicts in Ukraine and Israel. Meanwhile, Bloomberg noted that Bitcoin dropped as much as 1.5% before the debate began. According to CoinMarketCap, Bitcoin is currently trading at $56,848.59, reflecting a 0.31% increase over the past 24 hours.
