Mantra partners with UAE real estate giant Damac to tokenize $1B in assets

Mantra (OM), a layer-1 blockchain for real-world asset tokenization, will tokenize at least $1 billion of Dubai-based property development company DAMAC Group’s assets, including real estate, hospitality and data centers, starting in early 2025, according to CoinDesk. The move aims to enhance investment accessibility and streamline processes.
