Kim Moon-soo, the presidential candidate of South Korea’s People Power Party (PPP), has pledged to allow spot crypto exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as part of his top 10 policy promises for the 21st presidential election, according to Korea Economic Daily TV. The crypto pledge falls under a broader campaign theme centered on middle-class asset growth in a nation of opportunity. Kim previously proposed creating a digital asset secretary within the presidential office during an earlier PPP primary race.
