U.S. SEC holds follow-up meeting with Dinari on crypto asset regulation

Members of the U.S. SEC’s Crypto Task Force met on June 20 with representatives from real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform Dinari, including CEO Gabriel Otte, and law firm WilmerHale to discuss regulatory issues related to crypto assets. According to the agency’s memorandum, Dinari followed up on a May 1 meeting to provide more detail on its proposed system for trading tokenized securities across multiple blockchains. The agenda included a demonstration of the system’s architecture and a discussion of its legal framework.
