BTC Digital to raise $6M to purchase ETH

Nasdaq-listed blockchain firm BTC Digital (BTCT) announced plans to raise $6 million through a direct stock offering, selling 2 million shares at $3 each to institutional investors, according to PR Newswire press release. The funds will be used for the purchase of Ethereum (ETH).
