Sharplink and Superstate to launch tokenized SBET on Ethereum

Asset management firm Superstate and Nasdaq-listed Sharplink Gaming (SBET) have announced a partnership to launch a tokenized version of SBET on the Ethereum network. Under the agreement, Sharplink will directly tokenize its own shares, which are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Superstate will serve as the digital transfer agent, facilitating the on-chain tokenization through its Opening Bell platform.
