GSR Markets acquires US broker-dealer Equilibrium Capital to expand services

Cryptocurrency market-making firm GSR Markets announced its acquisition of Equilibrium Capital, a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). GSR Markets plans to enhance its services within the United States by meeting regulatory requirements through the acquisition.
