Riverstone Consultancy sues Tether over alleged $44.7M wrongful asset freeze

Consulting firm Riverstone Consultancy has filed a lawsuit against Tether over a wrongful asset freeze, according to SwanDesk CEO Jacob King. The complaint alleges that Tether froze 44.72 million USDT belonging to Riverstone based solely on an informal request from Bulgarian authorities. Riverstone claims that Tether unjustly profited from this action.
