Coinbase to acquire crypto investment platform Echo

Coinbase Global has signed an agreement to acquire crypto angel investment platform Echo for $375 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. Payment will consist of a mix of cash and stock. Echo is a platform founded by cryptocurrency trader Jordan Fish. It helps crypto companies raise funds through private and public token sales.
