US court rules Fed not required to grant Custodia Bank a master account

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit has ruled 2-1 in favor of the Federal Reserve in its case against Custodia Bank, Eleanor Terrett reported. Custodia, a crypto-friendly bank based in the U.S. state of Wyoming, had sued the central bank, arguing that it was required to grant the bank a master account.
