The Blockchain Group signs $342.78M at-the-market offering deal to boost BTC holdings

The Blockchain Group, a French blockchain company, has signed a €300 million ($342.78 million) at-the-market (ATM) offering agreement with asset manager TOBAM, according to the company’s June 9 press release. The funds will support the company’s Bitcoin (BTC) Treasury strategy by increasing BTC holdings per share.
