U.S. crypto industry to back BRCA inclusion in CLARITY Act

Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto in America, reported on X that a joint statement is expected from eight major U.S. crypto trade associations, along with companies like Uniswap and Jump, supporting the inclusion of the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA) in the updated CLARITY Act. The BRCA aims to ensure that developers and service providers not holding customer funds are not regulated as money transmitters.
