Source: Polymarket token launch unlikely this year

The decentralized prediction market Polymarket plans to launch a token, but it is unlikely to happen this year, a source familiar with the matter told Decrypt. The source explained that a launch will not occur until the platform establishes a stronger foothold in the U.S. market, which is currently led by its competitor, Kalshi.
