Upbit to suspend IOTX deposits, withdrawals for hard fork

South Korean crypto exchange Upbit announced it will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for IoTeX (IOTX) starting at 9:00 a.m. UTC on Nov. 3 to support an upcoming hard fork.
