Crypto ETP issuer 21Shares has submitted a new Form 8-A filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its proposed XRP spot ETF, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas. The filing is subject to a 20-day review period.
