Naver, Naver Financial, and Dunamu plan to invest 10 trillion won (around $7.2 billion) over the next five years to cultivate the artificial intelligence (AI) and Web3 ecosystems, the Electronic Times reported. Naver CEO Choi Soo-yeon stated that creating and vitalizing a foundational ecosystem is essential for South Korean companies to secure a competitive edge, explaining the rationale behind the planned investment.
