Goldman Sachs to acquire structured Bitcoin fund issuer

Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire Innovator Capital Management, an issuer of structured Bitcoin funds, Cointelegraph reported. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. Through the deal, Goldman Sachs will add $28 billion in assets under management and plans to strengthen its ETF business.
