Coincheck to acquire 3iQ for $112M

Nasdaq-listed Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck Group has signed an agreement to acquire a 97% stake in Toronto-based digital asset investment manager 3iQ for $112 million, Crypto Briefing reported. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter.
