Crocodilus malware expands globally, targeting crypto wallets and banking apps

Crocodilus banking malware has expanded globally, now targeting crypto wallets and banking apps across Europe and South America, Cointelegraph reported. Initially detected in March in Turkey, the malware now has campaigns in countries like Poland, Spain, Brazil and the U.S. It can now extract cryptocurrency wallet seed phrases and private keys, making it more dangerous for users, the outlet warns.
