U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs near $1T in volume, led by BlackRock's IBIT

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs are approaching $1 trillion in cumulative trading volume less than 18 months after launch, according to The Block. The pace picked up again as BTC hit new highs near $112,000. BlackRock’s IBIT dominates the market, holding over 79% share by volume and $70 billion in assets. Total inflows have reached $44.9 billion, despite heavy outflows from Grayscale’s GBTC. In contrast, spot Ethereum ETFs have seen $83.4 billion in trading volume and $6.6 billion in assets since launching in July 2024.
