Upbit to temporarily suspend FIL deposits and withdrawals

South Korean crypto exchange Upbit announced it will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for Filecoin (FIL) starting at 9:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 24 due to a network upgrade.
