Ripple, Tether, Coinbase donate to new White House banquet hall project

Ripple, Tether, Coinbase, and Gemini co-founders the Winklevoss brothers have donated to the construction of a new White House banquet hall ordered by U.S. President Donald Trump, tech outlet The Verge reported. Other major donors include Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, and Microsoft. President Trump previously announced that the project, which involves replacing the White House East Wing, would be funded by private donations rather than taxpayer money.
