SpaceCoin successfully launches second set of three satellites

November 29, 2025, 12:58 AM
Decentralized satellite internet project SpaceCoin (SPACE) announced that its second set of three proprietary satellites, CTC-1, successfully launched and reached their target orbit. The launch took place at 6:18 p.m. UTC on Nov. 28 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The satellites will be used to validate SpaceCoin's core technologies in an orbital environment, with tests planned for inter-satellite data relays, network synchronization, and ground station integration. This follows the project's first successful satellite launch, CTC-0, in December of last year. SpaceCoin stated it plans to continue with further launches to accelerate the buildout of its global decentralized satellite internet network.
