Ethereum futures trading volume surpasses Bitcoin on CME for first time

For the first time, Ethereum (ETH) futures trading volume on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) has surpassed that of Bitcoin, Markets.com reported. The development has led to analysis suggesting ETH could soon enter an uptrend. This follows a similar milestone in July, when ETH futures open interest also exceeded that of BTC for the first time.
