Crypto billionaire Brendan Blumer buys $172M Sardinian mega-villa

Brendan Blumer, a crypto entrepreneur who started his career at 14 selling virtual game assets, has purchased one of Italy’s most expensive properties—a luxury villa in Romazzino, Sardinia—for nearly €170 million, according to Italian media outlet Unione Sarda. The 38-year-old EOS Network CEO acquired the former residence of Saudi Arabia’s ex-oil minister, featuring 28 bedrooms, 35 bathrooms, private beach access and three villas connected across 2.3 hectares. The deal marks one of the largest real estate transactions in Italian history.
