Cetus, a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Sui blockchain, has resumed operations following a $220 million hack, The Block reported. The protocol recovered roughly $162 million in assets and relaunched on June 8 with the support of a $30 million loan from the Sui Foundation. Liquidity pools affected by the breach have been restored to at least 85% of their original value. Looking ahead, Cetus Protocol has outlined plans to conduct additional security audits, enhance its real-time monitoring systems, introduce a new white-hat bounty program and revise its roadmap for future feature development.
