Binance co-founder He Yi pledges compensation for platform-related losses

Binance co-founder He Yi announced on X that some trades experienced issues over the past 16 hours amid severe market volatility and a surge in user numbers. She urged users who incurred losses as a direct result of the Binance platform to report their cases to the service center. He Yi stated that the exchange will individually review and analyze each user's account before providing compensation. She clarified, however, that losses resulting from general market volatility or unrealized profits are not eligible for reimbursement. He Yi emphasized that Binance does not evade its problems and will take responsibility where necessary to ensure fair service for all users.
