SEC concludes 4-year investigation into Aave protocol

Aave founder Stani Kulechov announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially concluded its four-year investigation into the Aave protocol. He noted that while decentralized finance (DeFi) has faced regulatory pressure in recent years, the conclusion of this probe reduces uncertainty and allows developers to continue building within a clearer regulatory framework.
