David Sacks, a White House adviser on AI and cryptocurrency, stated that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) have formed what he described as a dream team to establish clear crypto regulations, Cointelegraph reported. He remarked that this is a very special time, citing the emergence of new technologies, products, and platforms. Sacks also noted that retail investor participation in commodity markets is at an all-time high and that Congress is preparing to send a bill on digital asset market structure to the President. The legislation is intended to firmly establish the U.S. as the global center for cryptocurrency.
