Coinbase moves state of incorporation to Texas

Coinbase has changed its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas, effective Dec. 15, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company stated that the move will not affect its operations or the rights of its shareholders.
