This is an official announcement regarding the termination of the  "C Trade" service which was offered by Nines Corporation LLC.

 

Please be advised that ""C Trade"" was a third-party integrated service offered independently of the main Coinness platform. 
The termination of this specific integrated service does not affect any other Coinness services.

 

All other features and services provided by Coinness will continue to operate normally, remaining entirely unaffected by the conclusion of this partnership.

 

Please read this notice carefully, as it includes important actions required to protect your funds.

 

 

<Service Termination Timeline>


1. Termination Announcement
All new KYC verifications and Bonus coupon purchases will be disabled.
  - January 7th, 2026 (06:00 UTC)

 

2. New Order Suspension
All new coupoun usages, position openings, and order placements will be disabled.
Unused bonus coupons may be converted into Pearl according to applicable rules
 - January 14th, 2026 (06:00 UTC)

 

3. Forced Position Closure
Any positions not closed by users will be automatically liquidated.
 - January 17th, 2026 (06:00 UTC)

 

4. Withdrawal Deadline
All users must withdraw their remaining assets before this deadline.
 - January 20th, 2026 (06:00 UTC)

 

5. Full Service Shutdown
All trading-related features, including account access within the trading interface, will be completely disabled.
 - January 21st, 2026 (06:00 UTC)

 

 

<Important Actions Required>


1. Close All Positions Before the Forced Closure Date (Jan 17th, 2026)
To avoid unintended liquidation, users are strongly advised to close all open positions prior to the forced closure schedule.

 

2. Withdraw All Funds Before the Withdrawal Deadline (Jan 20th, 2026)
After the withdrawal deadline, access to the trading interface will be disabled and in-app withdrawal will not be available.

 

3. Expiration of Bonus / Promotional Credits
All bonus or promotional credits will expire and become invalid after 'New Order Suspension'. Refund eligibility and processing will follow internal policies and applicable terms


4. Residual Funds After Shutdown
If users still have unwithdrawn funds after the shutdown date (Jan 21st, 2026). funds may be claimed only through manual processing via support email until:


Deadline: February 20th, 2026

 

Funds unclaimed by this deadline will be handled according to the service provider’s policy.

 

 

<Data Retention & Personal Information Handling>


After the manual withdrawal period ends on February 20th 2026,
any personal information that is no longer required for service provision or legal compliance will be securely deleted in accordance with the service provider’s data retention policy.

 

Certain data that must be retained under applicable laws or compliance requirements may be stored for the legally mandated period before being safely removed.
