1. The Rewards Zone is available only to members who have signed up for services provided by NESS LAB LLC. NESS LAB LLC may request additional account verification when necessary. 2. Each mission has its own rules, time period, and eligibility requirements. NESS LAB LLC has final authority over the interpretation and determination of mission (or event) rules. 3. Members who complete a mission may receive points (called "pearls"). Pearls are non-transferable and may only be used within NESS LAB LLC, its affiliated services, or partner companies. Detailed terms for using pearls are provided in the separate "Pearl Store Policy." 4. Pearls are valid for one year from the date they are issued and will automatically expire after that period. 5. Some missions may be conducted independently by affiliated services or partner companies. In such cases, NESS LAB LLC assumes no responsibility for the operation of those missions. 6. If a member is found to have violated or abused mission rules, NESS LAB LLC may, at its discretion, take enforcement measures. These may include reclaiming or canceling points, or restricting account access. 7. Missions may be changed or terminated early in accordance with operational policies. NESS LAB LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, but prior notice is not guaranteed.
