KYC Level 2 verification(Proof of address)
Submitting proof of address is mandatory for KYC Level 2 to enhance account security and meet regulatory requirements. Please refer to the instructions below to complete the process.
Required Documents
Please submit one of the following documents:
• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, etc.) • Bank/card statement • Government-issued proof of residency • Tax bill • Internet or telecom bill
⚠️Notice • The document must have been issued within the last 3 months. • The document must clearly display your full name, residential address, date of issue, and the issuing organization's official logo or identifiable information. • Please upload an original file or a scanned copy in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Screenshots will not be accepted. • Envelopes, handwritten notes, or documents showing only an address without issuer verification will not be accepted. |
How to Complete KYC Level 2 Verification
1. Log in using the PC or mobile app.
2. Go to [Profile] dropdown and click KYC [Complete] badge on the main homepage.

3. Click the [Verify] button of KYC Level 2 on the ID verification page.

4. Upload the required documents and click the [Submit] Verification button

5. Once submitted, your verification will typically be reviewed and completed within 1–3 business days.
FAQs for KYC level 2
Q1. My address has recently changed. A2. If your address has changed, please submit a recent document showing your updated address.
Q2. Can the name on my KYC Level 1 identity document and Level 2 proof of address be different? A2. No. If the name or other personal information in your KYC Level 1 and Level 2 documents do not match, your Level 2 verification may be rejected, or your entire KYC process may need to be reset.
